Javier Peñarredonda, Esq.

Javier Peñarredonda is an Estate and Civil Litigation Attorney who represents clients in estate administration, contested probate proceedings, and guardianship cases, bringing a sharp, aggressive litigation approach when disputes require firm courtroom advocacy.

Javier earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2024 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2024. Before becoming an attorney, he spent more than six years working in probate and probate litigation as a paralegal, beginning in 2018, which gave him a strong foundation in procedure, case strategy, and the details that drive results.

During law school, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Diana Gonzalez-Whyte of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and competed on Nova’s Trial Advocacy Team, strengthening his courtroom skills and persuasive advocacy.
