Javier Peñarredonda is an Estate and Civil Litigation Attorney who represents clients in estate administration, contested probate proceedings, and guardianship cases. He brings a sharp, aggressive approach to courtroom advocacy and has helped clients secure and protect more than $50 million in estate value through litigation.
Before earning his law degree, Javier spent over six years as a probate paralegal starting in 2018, building a working command of procedure, case strategy, and the granular details that determine outcomes. That background is rare for a litigator his age and it shows in how he prepares.
Javier earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2024 and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year. During law school, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Diana Gonzalez-Whyte of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and competed on Nova’s Trial Advocacy Team, sharpening the courtroom instincts he now puts to use for clients.
Clients work with Javier because he communicates directly, prepares thoroughly, and fights for their interests at every stage of a case. When the stakes are high and the dispute is contested, he is built for that fight.
