Ranko Princip, CPA, MBA, LLM in Tax, is a tax director of Princip, LLC, a tax planning and compliance boutique firm. Previously, Mr. Princip was a senior manager and head of the international tax department of Pender Newkirk, a regional accounting firm based in Tampa Bay Area, a tax director in Allied Aviation, LLC, a large Florida company with multiple states and extensive international business presence, and a manager in KPMG, New York City and Vancouver, Canada, offices. Mr. Princip is a past Chair of the South West Chapter, Florida District Export Council, and in that capacity assists numerous Florida businesses in their respective exporting activities.
