Josh Levine is a seasoned litigation attorney, with a practice that spans Florida and extends across the United States. He concentrates on civil litigation and appellate law, with a strong emphasis on class actions and complex commercial disputes.

With over 175 appeals argued before all five of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and several federal appellate courts, Josh brings extensive courtroom experience and a sharp strategic approach to every case. His clients include businesses and individuals facing a wide range of legal challenges, from contractual disputes, fraud claims, and breach of fiduciary duty to negligence, professional liability, trade secret violations, non-compete enforcement, real estate and title issues, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, and consumer protection matters.

Josh actively contributes to the legal community through his role as vice-chair of the Civil Practice Subcommittee within the Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee. He is also an engaged member of both the Appellate Practice Section of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association. His dedication to mentorship and professional development was highlighted during his four-year term on the Board of Directors for the Broward County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Programming for the B’nai Brith Justice Unit.

A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Josh earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude. During law school, he excelled as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, secured a place on the Dean’s List, and received a Merit Scholarship. He was also honored with the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Legal Research and Writing, Trusts & Estates, and Professional Responsibility. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Central Florida.

Before joining the firm, Josh sharpened his litigation and appellate skills at an Am Law 100 firm, where he focused on representing banks, lenders, and loan servicers in consumer finance litigation. His diverse legal background and commitment to client advocacy make him a trusted advisor and fierce advocate in high-stakes litigation.
