Jason P. Jones is a Senior Counsel at Trust Counsel, PL, specializing in Estate and Trust Planning and Administration. His services extend to corporate and business tax planning, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations.
Attorney Jones brings substantial expertise in international tax planning, assisting with pre-immigration strategies, structuring U.S. real estate and business investments for foreign nationals, and managing multi-jurisdictional trust planning.
