Susan Fajardo is a rising 2L at Barry University School of Law with a strong passion for estate planning and probate. She is driven by the desire to become a trusted attorney that families can rely on during some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives. For Susan, this area of law offers the perfect balance between technical skill and deeply personal client impact.

This summer, she is excited to be part of the Trust Counsel team, where she looks forward to gaining practical experience, refining her legal skills, and learning from a group of dedicated professionals. Her goal is to build a practice where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

In the next 3 to 5 years, Susan envisions herself working at a firm where she can continue growing in estate planning and probate, building strong relationships with clients, and eventually mentoring newer attorneys just as she has been mentored.

Outside of her legal pursuits, Susan enjoys Pilates, relaxing in the sauna whenever her schedule allows, and exploring new coffee and matcha shops.
