Cynthia Montoya, COO, FRP

Cynthia Montoya serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Trust Counsel and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the firm. As COO, Mrs. Montoya overseas all business operations including, marketing, technology, human resources, finance, facilities management and business development. 

Prior to joining Trust Counsel, Mrs. Montoya obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, with a minor in Psychology. As a Florida Registered Paralegal, Mrs. Montoya has over 15 years of litigation experience. She currently participates in various Executive Leadership and Management programs and is a proud member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
