Francoise J. Blanco advises high net worth foreign and domestic individuals and businesses on U.S. federal income, gift, and estate tax matters associated with their cross-border investments, including U.S. real estate investments and business activities.

Mr. Blanco assists clients in the forming and administering of international corporate and trust structures. ​Mr. Blanco also currently serves as the director of the St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic which provides representation to low-income taxpayers against the Internal Revenue Service in tax controversy and collection matters.
